DJI Matrice 300 Smart Controller Monitor Mounting Kit
The DJI Smart Controller Enterprise Screen Mounting Bracket adds a second display to the DJI Smart Controller Enterprise, the 5.5-inch FHD remote used to fly the DJI Matrice 300 RTK. The bracket clamps a smartphone or tablet (3.66 to 6.57 inches wide) above the main screen, with the Smart Controller supplying power to the device through the integrated connection. The result is a true dual-screen setup: DJI Pilot 2 on the controller, and a mapping, surveying, or situational-awareness app on the second display, without juggling separate devices on a strap.
Second-display mounting bracket for the DJI Smart Controller Enterprise. Fits smartphones and tablets from 3.66 to 6.57 inches wide. Powered through the controller.
Features
- Adds a second display to the DJI Smart Controller Enterprise, turning the controller into a dual-screen flight station
- Accommodates smartphones and small tablets from 3.66 to 6.57 inches (93 to 167 mm) wide, covering most modern devices used by drone operators in the field
- Power passes through from the Smart Controller to the mounted device, so a phone or tablet stays charged across the flight
- Designed for mapping, surveying, and public-safety workflows where the operator runs flight in DJI Pilot 2 on the main display and a complementary app on the second screen
- Genuine DJI accessory with the correct interface for the Smart Controller Enterprise hardpoints, with all installation hardware included
- Complete installation kit: bracket, mobile device holder, flat-blade key, hex key, and eight M2.5 screws — no extra tools or fasteners required

How operators use it
The second display is most useful when the operator is running two apps in parallel, where switching back and forth on a single screen would slow the mission:
- Flight + mapping. DJI Pilot 2 runs the flight on the main 5.5-inch display; a mapping app such as DroneDeploy, Pix4Dcapture, Site Scan, or Maps Made Easy runs the mission planning and progress view on the second screen.
- Flight + survey software. Same split for high-accuracy GNSS work: Pilot 2 in front, third-party survey software showing point status, ground control, or RTK fix on the second display.
- Flight + situational awareness. Public-safety crews keep the controller view on flight data while a second screen runs incident-management apps, CAD feeds, or a separate video stream for a visual observer.
- Pilot + observer view. One person flies; a second crew member watches a duplicate or complementary feed on the mounted phone or tablet without needing a separate cable run.
Who this is for
- Matrice 300 RTK operators running the Smart Controller Enterprise who need a second screen for mapping, surveying, or mission-management apps alongside DJI Pilot 2
- Public-safety and DFR teams that want a complementary display for situational awareness without adding a separate tablet on a chest harness or vehicle mount
- Survey crews running third-party flight-planning or GNSS software where keeping the secondary app visible during flight is critical to the workflow
- Cinema, broadcast, and inspection operators with a visual observer or director who needs a duplicate or complementary view of the aircraft's feed
What's included
- 1 × Screen Mounting Bracket
- 1 × Mobile Device Holder
- 1 × Flat-blade key
- 1 × Hex key
- 8 × M2.5 screws
Installation and care
- Power down the Smart Controller before installing the bracket. The bracket attaches to the controller's monitor mounting points using the supplied M2.5 screws.
- Use the included flat-blade and hex keys for the installation steps. Do not substitute tools — the screw heads and mounting interfaces are sized for the supplied keys, and the wrong tool can strip the screws.
- Tighten the device holder snugly against the phone or tablet, but not so tight that the device flexes. Most modern smartphones have side-mounted buttons that can be pressed accidentally if the clamp is over-tightened.
- Verify the bracket and clamp are seated correctly before flight, particularly the points where the mobile device holder attaches to the bracket arm.
- Inspect the bracket and clamp before every flight if you transport the controller with the bracket installed. Vibration in transport can loosen the M2.5 screws over time.
- Power consumption of the mounted device draws from the Smart Controller's battery. Plan for slightly reduced controller runtime when a phone or tablet is connected and charging.
Please note: This bracket is built for the DJI Smart Controller Enterprise (CP.EN.00000210.01), the 5.5-inch FHD remote shipped with and used to fly the Matrice 300 RTK. It is not compatible with the standard DJI Smart Controller used with the Mavic 2 Enterprise and Mavic 2 series, the DJI RC Plus or RC Plus 2 Enterprise (used with the M350 RTK, M30 Series, and Mavic 3 Enterprise), or any other DJI remote controller. The mounted phone or tablet is sold separately.
FAQ
Which controller does this bracket fit?
The DJI Smart Controller Enterprise (CP.EN.00000210.01), the 5.5-inch FHD remote that ships with and is used to fly the DJI Matrice 300 RTK. It is not compatible with the standard consumer DJI Smart Controller (used with the Mavic 2 series), the DJI RC Plus or RC Plus 2 Enterprise (used with the M350 RTK, M30, and Mavic 3E / 3T / 3M), the DJI RC Pro, or any other DJI remote controller. If you are flying a different aircraft / controller combination, this is not the right accessory.
What size devices does it support?
The clamp accommodates devices from 3.66 to 6.57 inches (93 to 167 mm) in width. That covers most modern smartphones and small tablets, including iPhone Pro Max models, iPad mini, and most Android phones and small Android tablets. Always check your specific device's width before mounting.
Does the controller charge the mounted device?
Yes. The Smart Controller Enterprise supplies power to the mounted phone or tablet through the bracket's integrated connection. The device stays charged across the flight, though it draws slightly from the controller's battery, so plan for marginally reduced controller runtime when a device is connected and charging.
What apps benefit from a second screen?
Any workflow where the operator wants flight on one screen and a complementary app on another: mapping apps (DroneDeploy, Pix4Dcapture, Site Scan, Maps Made Easy), survey planning, public-safety situational awareness software, incident management apps, or a duplicate flight feed for a visual observer. The mounted device runs its own apps independently of DJI Pilot 2 on the controller.
How do I install it?
The bracket attaches to the Smart Controller Enterprise's monitor mounting points using the supplied eight M2.5 screws. Use the included flat-blade key and hex key for the installation steps. Full instructions are in the DJI accessory documentation and the Matrice 300 RTK user guide.
Is the bracket compatible with the Matrice 350 RTK?
Only if you are flying the Matrice 350 RTK with the original Smart Controller Enterprise rather than the newer DJI RC Plus. Most M350 RTK kits ship with the RC Plus, which has a larger built-in display and does not use this bracket. If you upgraded to the M350 but kept the Smart Controller Enterprise from your previous M300 RTK kit, this bracket still fits that controller.
Can I leave the bracket installed when I pack the controller?
Most operators install the bracket once and leave it in place. If you do transport the controller with the bracket installed, check the M2.5 screws periodically; sustained vibration in a case can loosen them over time. For maximum protection, remove the mounted phone or tablet from the clamp during transport so it isn't subjected to drop forces if the case is mishandled.
