Which aircraft does this camera work with?
The Multispectral Camera is designed exclusively for the ACSL SOTEN and mounts through the aircraft's one-touch swappable payload interface.
Which bands does it capture?
A field-attachable triple bandpass filter isolates 550 nm (green), 680 nm (red), and 850 nm (near-infrared). Those bands support NDVI and similar vegetation index calculations in your analysis software.
Can it record video?
No. The Multispectral Camera captures 16-bit TIFF stills only. Live view is available to the operator at Full HD 20fps, but it is not recorded. For video, use the Standard Camera or the Optical Zoom Camera payload.
Can I swap between this and other SOTEN payloads?
Yes. The SOTEN uses a tool-free one-touch camera mount, so a single aircraft can change payloads in the field between flights.
Is it weather resistant?
Installed on the SOTEN aircraft, the camera is rated IP43, which covers protection from solid objects larger than 1 mm and from spraying water at up to 60° from vertical. Operating range is 0°C to 40°C at 10% to 90% humidity.
What is the warranty period?
