GPC DJI Matrice 300 RTK 6 Battery Case
The GPC Matrice 300 6 Battery Case is a hard-shell, watertight, MIL-spec carrying case built specifically to hold six DJI TB60 (Matrice 300 RTK) or TB65 (Matrice 350 RTK) Intelligent Flight Batteries. Water-jet precision-cut closed-cell foam holds each battery in its own cavity so the packs cannot shift, contact each other, or short during transport. The SKB military-spec shell adds impact, environmental, and ingress protection rated to the same military standards used by U.S. defense and industrial customers. Three full battery rotations for an M300 / M350 — twelve flights worth of power — travel between sites in a single 7-pound case, padlockable, and made in the USA.
USA-made watertight hard case for six DJI TB60 or TB65 flight batteries. Fits the M300 RTK and M350 RTK battery family. MIL-spec construction, padlockable, lifetime replacement guarantee.
Features
- Holds six DJI TB60 batteries (Matrice 300 RTK) or six DJI TB65 batteries (Matrice 350 RTK) in dedicated foam cavities, each pack isolated from the others
- SKB military-spec hard-shell case, made in the USA, with water-jet precision-cut closed-cell foam tooled to the TB60 / TB65 battery dimensions
- Watertight and dust tight construction (MIL-C-4150J), resistant to UV, solvents, corrosion, and fungus (MIL-STD-810F), and rated for impact protection (MIL-STD-810F)
- Padlock-ready: padlock holes are reinforced with stainless steel padlock protector clips, so the case can be secured against tampering in vehicles, hotels, or hangars
- Molded-in hinge and trigger-release latch system, sized for the daily open-close cycles of an active enterprise drone program
- Ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C) automatically equalizes air pressure during elevation changes or temperature swings
- Snap-down rubber over-molded cushion grip handle for comfortable single-hand carry, even fully loaded
- Compact dimensions designed to fit alongside the GPC Matrice 300 aircraft case in a typical work vehicle, leaving room for other gear
- Lifetime replacement guarantee on the case shell and hardware from Go Professional Cases — the same manufacturer that supplies cases for DJI's enterprise drone programs

Who this is for
- Matrice 300 RTK and Matrice 350 RTK operators carrying three full battery rotations (six packs) for a long day of inspection, public-safety, or survey work
- Fleet operators standardizing battery transport across multiple M300 / M350 airframes, where keeping batteries in dedicated padded cavities matters for cycle life and warranty
- Public-safety, DFR, and emergency-response programs that need to grab one case of batteries and a separate aircraft case, drive to scene, and run sustained operations
- Service providers who travel by ground between job sites and need a transport solution that protects valuable batteries from impact, weather, and short-circuit risks
- Operators upgrading from improvised foam-and-pelican setups, mixed cardboard / soft case storage, or unprotected battery transport that puts $500+ packs at risk
- Federal, government, and contracted programs that require padlockable, MIL-spec transport for lithium-ion flight batteries
What's included
- 1 × GPC Matrice 300 6 Battery Case (hard shell + custom TB60/TB65 foam insert)
Please note: Batteries are sold separately. The case holds six TB60 or TB65 packs and does not include batteries, chargers, or any DJI hardware. Padlocks for the case's lockable holes are also sold separately.
Air travel and lithium-battery shipping
The case itself meets carry-on size requirements, but the DJI TB60 (Matrice 300 RTK) and TB65 (Matrice 350 RTK) batteries do not. Each TB60 / TB65 pack is approximately 274 Wh — well above the FAA / IATA 100 Wh threshold for spare lithium batteries in passenger carry-on, and above the 160 Wh limit that allows airline-approved passenger carry-on with prior authorization. As a result:
- TB60 and TB65 batteries cannot travel as carry-on or checked baggage on a commercial passenger flight.
- Shipping these batteries between locations requires hazardous materials (Class 9) handling per IATA / DOT regulations, with appropriate documentation, packaging, and licensed carriers.
- The case is sized for vehicle transport, on-site storage, and short ground transfers between staging areas. It is not a solution for shipping the batteries on a passenger flight.
Operators traveling to a job site with batteries should plan ground transport, freight shipment, or local rental as appropriate. The aircraft itself and other accessories travel under standard rules; only the high-capacity flight batteries are restricted.
FAQ
Does it fit both TB60 (M300) and TB65 (M350) batteries?
Yes. The TB60 (Matrice 300 RTK) and TB65 (Matrice 350 RTK) share the same physical form factor, and the case is rated for both. Operators upgrading from an M300 fleet to an M350 fleet — or running mixed configurations — can use the same case for either battery type.
Does it really hold six full-size DJI batteries in a 7-pound case?
Yes. Loaded with six TB60 / TB65 batteries, the total weight is roughly 35-40 pounds (the case is 7 pounds empty, plus approximately 1.4 kg / 3 pounds per battery × 6). The MIL-spec SKB shell and grip handle are designed to be carried loaded, but most operators use the case in a vehicle and only carry it short distances on foot.
Can I check this on an airline?
The case meets carry-on size dimensions, but the TB60 / TB65 batteries inside it do not meet the FAA / IATA limits for passenger air travel. Each pack is approximately 274 Wh — far above the 100 Wh standard carry-on threshold and above the 160 Wh airline-approved limit. Batteries of this size require hazardous materials (Class 9) shipment by an appropriate licensed carrier, not passenger luggage. The case is built for ground transport between sites, not airline travel with batteries inside.
How does it compare to the DJI BS60 charging case?
Different products for different purposes. The DJI BS60 is an active charging station that recharges TB60 batteries between flights, with built-in power electronics, fans, and a charging interface — and it's not designed for transport. The GPC case is a passive transport and storage solution that protects batteries from impact, environment, and shorts during travel between sites. Many operators use both: the BS60 stays at the staging point for charging, and the GPC case moves batteries between staging areas, vehicles, and hangars.
Is the case lockable?
Yes. The padlock holes are reinforced with stainless steel padlock protector clips. The case is sized to accept standard padlocks (sold separately). For programs that need TSA-compliant locks or specific security ratings, verify the padlock specifications against your organization's policy.
What if a battery damages the foam?
The closed-cell foam is designed for repeated battery-in / battery-out cycles and holds its shape over years of use. If you damage the foam or your aircraft configuration changes, GPC offers replacement foam inserts as separate SKUs. The case shell itself is covered by a lifetime replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects.
Where is it made?
Designed and built in Poway, California by Go Professional Cases — the same manufacturer that supplies hard cases for DJI's enterprise drone lineup used by public-safety, surveying, federal, and commercial operators. The shells are SKB military-spec, and the foam is water-jet cut in-house in the United States.
What's the warranty?
The GPC case ships with a lifetime replacement guarantee from Go Professional Cases against manufacturing defects in the shell, hinge, and latch hardware. The foam insert is consumable; replacement foam is available as a separate SKU if needed. Standard exclusions apply for damage from extreme misuse or unauthorized modification.
