DJI Matrice 400 2510F Propeller Pair
The DJI 2510F Propellers are the factory propellers for the DJI Matrice 400 Series. Each pair includes one clockwise (CW) and one counter-clockwise (CCW) folding carbon-fiber blade, sized 25 × 10 inches (63.5 cm diameter, 25 cm pitch), and the mounting screws to install them. The 2510F is the only propeller approved for the Matrice 400 airframe; the M400's published 59-minute endurance, 6 kg payload capacity, and IP55 environmental sealing are all rated with this propeller installed.
Factory-spec carbon-fiber folding propellers for the DJI Matrice 400. One CW, one CCW, six mounting screws per pair.
Features
- Factory-spec replacement propellers for the DJI Matrice 400 Series, matched to the published endurance, payload, and IP55 ratings of the airframe
- Carbon-fiber reinforced polymer construction with a foldable hub that collapses for transport and locks rigid in operation
- 25 × 10 in geometry (63.5 cm diameter, 25 cm pitch) tuned for the M400's thrust and efficiency targets
- Each pair contains one clockwise (CW) and one counter-clockwise (CCW) blade, the configuration required to replace a matched rotor pair on the M400
- Six mounting screws included per pair: three per propeller, as specified by DJI for the 2510F
- Rated operating temperature range of –4 °F to 122 °F (–20 °C to 50 °C)
- Single-blade weight of approximately 176 g

Who this is for
- Matrice 400 operators replacing a damaged, chipped, or end-of-life propeller pair as part of routine preflight or post-flight maintenance
- Fleet operators standardizing on factory-spec propellers across multiple M400 airframes
- Public safety, inspection, mapping, and utility crews who want spare props on hand so a single blade strike does not ground the aircraft
What's included
- 1 × Clockwise (CW) 2510F propeller
- 1 × Counter-clockwise (CCW) 2510F propeller
- 6 × Propeller mounting screws
Installation and care
- Inspect propellers before every flight. Replace any blade that is chipped, cracked, warped, or shows fiber delamination. A damaged propeller is one of the most common preventable causes of in-flight failure on a multirotor.
- The 2510F is built specifically for the Matrice 400 Series. Do not mix it with other DJI propeller models or substitute aftermarket props.
- When replacing propellers, use the new mounting screws supplied in the pair rather than reusing the old hardware.
- Apply a medium-strength thread-locker (Loctite 243 or equivalent) and torque the screws to the value specified in the DJI Matrice 400 user manual. Under-torque allows the screw to back out in flight; over-torque can damage the motor hub and unbalance the rotor.
- After installation, perform a hover check and confirm there is no vibration or unusual acoustic signature before committing to the mission.
Please note: The Matrice 400 uses multiple propeller pairs to make a complete set. This listing is a single pair (1 × CW, 1 × CCW) and is intended as a replacement or spare. Refer to the DJI Matrice 400 user manual for the full propeller count and the correct CW / CCW placement on the airframe. The aircraft is sold separately.
Under FAA Part 107, a remote pilot in command is responsible for ensuring the aircraft is in a condition for safe operation before each flight (14 CFR 107.49). A current set of undamaged, factory-spec propellers is part of that preflight determination. Inspect, document, and replace propellers on the schedule appropriate to your operation.
FAQ
Are these compatible with any other DJI drone?
No. The 2510F is built specifically for the DJI Matrice 400 Series and should not be installed on any other DJI airframe. Other Matrice models (M300, M350, M30, M4 Series) use different propellers with different geometry and balance.
How many propellers does a full Matrice 400 set require?
The Matrice 400 uses multiple propeller pairs to make a full set, with each motor location requiring a specific CW or CCW blade. Refer to the DJI Matrice 400 user manual for the total count and the correct placement of each rotation. This listing is a single pair (1 × CW, 1 × CCW) and is intended for replacement or spares.
When should I replace a propeller?
Replace any propeller that shows visible damage during preflight inspection, including chips, cracks, gouges, warping, or carbon-fiber delamination. Replace immediately after any prop strike or hard landing, even if no damage is visible. Many operators also replace propellers on a fixed flight-hour or cycle interval as part of a documented maintenance program; check the DJI Matrice 400 user manual and your own SOP for the interval that fits your operation.
Do I need to use new screws when I install these?
Yes. DJI ships six new mounting screws with each pair (three per propeller) and the recommended practice is to use those new screws rather than reusing the old hardware. Apply a medium-strength thread-locker (Loctite 243 or equivalent) and torque to the value specified in the Matrice 400 user manual.
What happens if I install the CW and CCW props in the wrong positions?
The aircraft will not be able to maintain stable flight; the flight controller will detect imbalanced torque almost immediately and either refuse takeoff or attempt an emergency response. Always confirm CW and CCW placement against the DJI Matrice 400 user manual before each flight.
Can these propellers be repaired?
No. Composite propellers should not be field-repaired with adhesives or fillers. A damaged blade has compromised structural integrity and unpredictable balance, both of which create real risk in flight. Replace damaged propellers; do not repair them.
What is the operating temperature range?
The 2510F is rated for operation between –4 °F and 122 °F (–20 °C and 50 °C). At the cold end of the range, allow the airframe and propellers to thermally stabilize before launch and inspect for any temperature-related deformation. At the hot end, watch motor temperatures and reduce duty cycle if the aircraft reports thermal warnings.
